Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the saree and place it in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, blouses, and accessories are included and the fabric remains unwashed.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a convenient doorstep pickup within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
